Recently, I have being flipping through the pages of some books, especially that of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter.”

These book has changed many people’s life, including myself .

Thinking Positive has always been a difficult, consistent task for me; I just couldn’t bring myself to always, always, think positively.

I mean I tried for a while but after a few days I forget. And eventually walk back to my old ways of thinking.

I knew then that I needed help. I need to change my thinking… but before i continue my story (I like talk ehn .)

What Is Positive Thinking?

According to Google, positive thinking helps with managing stress and improving your entire health.

Thinking positive about yourself, about life, about everything else, just gives you that sense of belonging, peace like everything is alright.

The benefits of thinking positively are Infinite: thinking positive could never be too much or a problem.

Below Are 3 Reasons Why You Must Always Think Positively.

GROWTH

Yes, thinking positively enhances your mental, physical and emotional growth in every possible way.

Check this out; an excerpt from the book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”

A child walks up to his poor dad who was sitting in the living room, reading a newspaper; he goes to his poor dad in need of a new toy he desires, he begs with his puppy dog eyes as he badly wanted the toy.

He said, “Dad please could get me this toy? I want it… plsssssss.”

THE POOR DAD SAYS, “I can’t afford it, son.”

He goes to his rich dad and says the same statement, this time the response was similar but different.

THE RICH DAS SAID, “How can i afford it, son?”

What do you is think the difference between the two responses?

HINT: One is a statement and the other is a question. BIG DIFFERENCE!

The statement closes and shuts firmly all options of growth in the mind and it affects how he looks at life (poor dad) while the other (rich dad) excercises growth with his mind searching for ways and options to actually afford it.

And though the rich dad may not have the cash at the time, his mind believes he can surely afford it if he tries.

HEALTH

With positive thinking, your health will be top-notch, like you don’t have to worry about depression, or stress anxiety, or suffer from insomnia at all.

It gives you the benefit of having a great health, and a bettet mind. It also helps you see life from a different perspective. A positive attitude gives you a reason to live, a purpose and essense of living.

WEALTH

And to the part you’ve being waiting for, the wealth matter. In fact, as i previously stated, wealth will only come if you have a postive atfitude towards it.

Look around you, the rich people, they sometimes give inspirational quotes, self help/self-improvement books and that’s because they know that to get wealth, you must be inclined mentaly and inspired 24/7.

That is why it has never being heard of that lottery winners that luckily win over millions of naira ever became rich through it.

Most of them get lost in the wealth as soon as there account gets credited that they forget it is;

“Invest first then spend the rest.”

And not, “Spend first and invest the rest.”

Unfortunately, they always somehow find themselves in the “broke zone” again.
