Kindness is to be the act of truly being kind. Do you know what I mean? It is the act of helping someone else whether the person is poor, in need, or not. it’s simply the act of sharing, caring, and just being kind/nice to another.
Today I have a true-life story, a story of my own in fact to share with you.
It is true that performing an act of kindness to just anyone shows who you are inside. But before I get down to the gist of right now, let me rant first about how my weeks have been. And I hope yours was far better than mine.
Have you ever felt like this before? After you finally got that special thing you’ve been waiting for for a long time, you now feel discouraged to use it and do what you know how to do best with it.

Well, it’s not a great feeling I must say. I have always wanted to get my own website for a very long time, but now all I think about is how to optimize it and how to rank it high so that many more lovers like you could get to see it and be inspired too.
And because of this same problem, I felt very reluctant to write and share my thoughts with you last week, I’m sorry 🙁 I guess I just have to take it step-by-step and not get overwhelmed by it suddenly because it’s a fresh start.
Phew! I hope I don’t miss at least a week again before coming to you with great, inspiring content for your reading pleasure. Sighs, I feel better now that I have ranted my feelings out, I’m glad you listened to me. Thank you.
I came across a unique video online at a certain time talking about caring, giving, and kindness too. After I watched it, I felt inspired (obviously) and motivated to do the same. so I made up my mind;
” will perform at least one act of generosity, each day of the week .”
I made this decision in my heart and wrote it down so I wouldn’t forget (cos I can be an old woman sometimes
I tried my best to be selfless and show at least one little favor to another person, I was pleased because after one week of such devotion I noticed I had become more aware of humanity and its struggles.
Then, on a Thursday evening, a Muslim lady called my attention from a far distance, I turned to look at her but I couldn’t remember if I had met her before or not.
So I thought maybe she wasn’t talking to me and turned away.
A few minutes later, she walked up to me and gave me a small note where she had scribbled some words down for me to read.
She motioned me to go ahead and open it so that I’m safe then I read that You gave me your power bank the other day even though it was in its last percentage.
I really appreciate what you did, thank you so much, God bless you,
Now, can you remember me?”
I smiled and turned back to her, “thank you, it’s nothing.” And she left. His note had really made my day that day and week too.
Actually, what really happened that day was that my phone was also really low but hers was lower and I really didn’t mind giving her (a stranger) my power bank.
So Why Am I Telling You This Today?
I want you to understand this world is really nothing, ” givers never lack” is a fact indeed. If you can give or help at least one person per week, no matter how little it may be, it will go a long way and will change this world into a better place for me and you, and the generations after.
I’m presently not a wealthy or rich person physically but if I continue to fold my arms and say I don’t have and claim that,
“When I’m rich and balanced then I will start giving” then, that “giving/generosity” will never occur.
All I’m saying is, “do good unto others and the same will come to you” it’s not easy but gradually things will change. Love yourself and love others too (even though they aren’t really very nice and some resist) and give with a pure heart, not with a grumpy one.
Also, be happy lovely, and keep on smiling. Have a beautiful week ahead, bye :)!
